Visiting Scholars

Visiting Scholars are offered accommodation for rent whenever it is available. Those not accommodated at the Centre must be resident in Oxford during their stay. Visiting Scholars are encouraged to attend and participate in the academic activities of the Centre, all of which are conducted in English. They may be invited to present a paper relating to their research, should a suitable opportunity arise.

The period of tenure for a Visiting Scholar is normally between three and six months and must include an Oxford University term. Exceptionally other periods may be considered.

Applications for Visiting Scholarships are accepted throughout the year. Details of the application procedure and the application form can be downloaded below:
